AN EASTER PRAYER - LOVE BEING THE LESSON OUR LORD TAUGHT

The death of our Lord and Savior on the Cross of Calvary brought forth God's salvation plan (John 3:16-17). On the third day after being laid to rest in his tomb, Jesus Christ arose from the dead - (1 Corinthians 15). We as Christians serve a living Savior. Because He lives we too can share in eternal life when we give our life to Him. AN EASTER PRAYER
Most glorious Lord, on this day we celebrate your triumph over death; thanking you for salvation, and our eternal win.
This joyous occasion dear Lord, began in truth on the third day, when you rose from the grave to everyone's dismay.
Your blood debt on Calvary's Cross paid mine and others too, as we are made a knew, and totally free from sin.
Because you loved, died, and now live, life for your children is eternal, and never grey.
Love is the lesson you taught, and love is the lesson you desire to be expressed by all your kin.
